Since documents are stored in the Adobe cloud, please do not ask for confidential information using an Adobe Sign form. This includes but is not limited to asking for the following types of information:

  • Social Security Numbers
  • Credit Card Numbers
  • PCI information
  • HIPAA information
  • FERPA information

If you have a question about whether or not to include certain types of information, please contact the governing department for consultation.
