Use OneDrive like a pro with these features

  Upload files and access anywhere

OneDrive offers easy uploading and accessing of documents whether you are on campus or off campus. Simply, save your documents like Word, PowerPoint, or Excel, and more in OneDrive and then edit them on any device.

  Forms

Forms allows you to create and share questionnaires. Did you know you could generate a form from directly within OneDrive? Create a new document and select Forms for Excel. All your questionnaire responses will be cataloged in a new Excel file for your reference.

  Sharing is easy

It’s easy to share files in OneDrive and to collaborate simultaneously with a number of people. When sharing, you can select specific people, set access permissions, and view version history as the documents move through revisions. Select the Share button from within your document and customize the settings.

  Version history

You can see and restore older versions of your files stored in OneDrive using version history. Version history works with all file types, including those created from Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. If you need to, you may be able to restore deleted OneDrive items from the recycle bin.

Sync your important Texas State files

Those using university-owned Windows PC devices can sync their important work folders such as Desktop or Documents with OneDrive PC folders, making your files available on other devices. If you haven't already set up OneDrive Sync on your computer, see how to set up and sync files on your Windows computer.

  OneDrive mobile app

OneDrive is more than storage space for your documents. The mobile app is there, wherever you decide to work or collaborate. Use it to access and upload files from your mobile device, scan documents, and edit PDFs right from your phone.
